Aluminum welding is demanding and difficult. In this class we will explain and demonstrate the techniques and procedures used to weld aluminum. We will be using a Miller Multimatic 215 welder to mig weld aluminum, and four tig machines, Miller Syncrowave 375, A Miller Diversion 180, a Miller Synchrowave 180, and a Hobart Fabricator 310.
This class will demonstrate when to choose MIG for Aluminum and when TIG is a more appropriate choice. This is a fast paced technical class for people that want to learn the ropes so that they can immediately put this information to use. This class is designed to teach you teach you how to learn aluminum welding as efficiently as possible.
This is a class of not more than 5 people. Small groups of this kind offer much better educational opportunity than private lessons. Your peers often ask questions you may not have considered.
The cost of the class includes all equipment and consumables. Welding costs are much higher for welding aluminum than steel.
