RescHedule and refund policies

We Do Not  Reschedule.

By the time a scheduled class begins, we have already expended considerable resources to prepare for our appointment with you and chances are we will not be able to fill a vacancy, which leaves us unable to meet financial obligations despite being ready to deliver the promised service.  The more lenient our policy in this regard, the more likely we are to spend an excessive amount of time rescheduling. We only accommodate legitimate medical concerns, like a covid infection.

Please provide us with the correct name and correct billing information used to make your reservation if you are unable to attend owing to a medical issue that make attendance impossible.

In general, we will provide a 50% refund, at our sole discretion, if we are provided with 72 hours notice.

These policies are not meant to be one-sided. They are an effort to preserve our ability to offer our services. We are a very small business in an extremely expensive business environment. Cancellations can materially affect payroll.
