About the Event
If you are having trouble getting your machine adjusted correctly and want to understand how to get better results, this class is for you.
This is an informal class, we are going to discuss general concepts briefly and then address your specific question. You are welcome to bring your machine to class so long as it is a machine that can be unloaded without a crane, forklift or hernia, get in touch beforehand if you have questions.
We will discuss MIG TIG and Stick welders in this class. We will also discuss how to troubleshoot some of the problems that are commonly encountered with machines of every variety.
We will also discuss how to get your machine set up for different materials and positions, this will help you understand the ways in which you would adjust your machine for welding overhead.
The class will be focused on the questions and machines placed in front of us.
We are happy to discuss all welding related questions and demonstrate solutions in this class. The focus will be on machine adjustment and troubleshooting, but we will answer any questions you may have, including, what machines to buy, whether harbor freight machines are any good, what this button does, myths and legends of ground clamps and so on.
