Schedule a Team Build!

The cost is $ 150 per attendee. We supply everything that is required. We can provide an invoice to accept payment. 

We schedule team buids directly with our clients, we can schedule any time between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

We can work with up to 25 people at a time. Please allow three to four hours for this activity. Teams will work in groups of three to five. 

We provide everything required, helmets, jackets, gloves and materials. 

We  will briefly introduce welding and discuss safety. Then we will form up  into teams and design and build "Bridges" that will be tested under a  dynamic load until they fail.

In  this exercise, participants are asked to learn an entirely new skill  and implement it under unreasonable time constraints. They can then   compare their score against the scores achieved by other teams  operating under the same constraints.

This requires teams to identify and allocate newly developed skills on the fly, in a dynamic non-hierarchical context.

Successful teams identify and anticipate key problems and manage time and resources on the fly. Communication plays an absolutely central role in this exercise. Successful teams will both manage themselves and direct team-mates. 

This  is a productively stressful exercise. Clients will face, and overcome,  slightly unnerving challenges in a totally new environment as a team.

The  weight of the bridge will be divided by the load it sustained to yield a  strength ratio which may be compared against the results achieved by  other competitors.

We ask that all attendees wear hoodies and bring snacks and wear jeans, boots or cotton shoes, please no sneakers! 

This exercise is conducted in an industrial environment.

This event can generally be scheduled on any weekday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Our schedule is very open during the week. We can typically accommodate any time and date Monday through Friday.

We provide everything required. No prior experience is required.
