Our event space is Located at 7800 seventh ave south 98108,  in the same building as our metalworking facility. It is a 3000 square foot with 22 foot ceilings, a dock- height roll up door, a video projector, 20 foot by 30 foot screen, and audio. We use it for team building exercises, business to business events and art.

​

It offers a huge amount of open space, excellent parking and privacy. 

​

We have found that the public is very comfortable mis-representing the facts that determine the price of rental, and people seem utterly incapable of cleaning up after themselves, incapable of treating the space with the most basic modicum of respect or just understanding the factors that drive the cost of a high-overhead endeavor.

We have had some amazing event with a few groups, Wrestle your friends, and Dead Baby Bikes in particular, but dealing with the public no longer feels rewarding.

                                       I have hosted or helped host events for thirty years in the Seattle area, and this  chapter of my life has closed.

Our event space is members-only.  We host our own productions with our people. That's all.
