
Our event space is 3000 square foot with 22 foot ceilings, a dock- height roll up door, a video projector, 20 foot by 30 foot screen, and audio. It is great for meetings, team builds, birthday parties, photography, movie nights, art and cultural events. It offers a huge amount of open space, excellent parking and privacy. We can provide up to 200 chairs and 12 eight foot tables for guests.

Let us know the total number of attendees, start and stop times, whether alcohol will be served, and whether the event will have a band or a DJ. We can't quote without this information. Events with alcohol must be 21+ only. Clients are responsible for permitting.

Located at 7800 seventh ave south 98108, our event space is in the same building as our metalworking facility. A four hour minimum rental and cash deposit are required.

Alcohol, hours, amplified music, the total number of attendees and the prescence of a band or DJ all affect the base rates shown below.

Rental period begins when the door is opened and concludes when the room is clean and vacant.

​​The base rate for Weekdays from 9 to five is $300 for eight hours.
The base rate for Weekdays from 5pm till midnight is $400
Hours past midnight are available at our discretion.
Saturdays are 1000-3000 Saturdays are available from 3 pm till two a.m. Out of respect for our neighbors we ask that events plan on winding down around one. ​
