If you wish to improve the skills you developed in welding 101, this class is for you. You will be introduced to more advanced techniques and fabrication tools and techniques. 101 is a pre-requisite. Please see tickets for prices, times and info. Class is taught on Sundays.

About the Event
We supply all the gear, tools and materials required for this class.
You are welcome to bring in your gear, but if you show up in long pants and sensible shoes, we have everything else covered.
In this class you will be encouraged to continue to develop your skills.
You will tackle some of the more challenging aspects of welding and develop fabrication skills.
Each stage of your development will be marked by pass/fail tests to help you understand welding problems like:
Penetration, porosity, gas coverage, material cleanliness, tungsten condition, tacking, weld sizing, troubleshooting a machine, selecting grinding equipment, selecting electrodes, understanding electrode nomenclature.
