About the Event
We will complete the activities required to achieve a welding merit badge https://www.scouting.org/merit-badges/welding/. Principally GMAW and FCAW. Please wear shop appropriate clothing, "hoodies" work well in a welding environment. Sneakers offer no protection from sparks. Boots and long pants are advised. Long pants are required.
We provide all the equipment and materials that are required.
The scouting web-site provides good documentation which clients are advised to review beforehand.
This session is focused on the kids and offered at less than half our normal rates.
There is plenty of parking outside.

Ticket is for 1 kid and their responsible adult. We provide all equipment and materials required. Please wear boots and bring snacks and water. Younger kids should bring knit caps to help helmets fit well. We have provided an optional donation ticket for adults that wish to participate in full. Class is being provided at a steep discount to support the youth.
